A man has tried to escape a country by hiding inside a suitcase to evade airport security checks.

Okada man shot dead in Asaba (Photo)

The lifeless body of an Okadaman was found early this morning in a street of Amb. Leo Okogwu road, behind the new Asagba of Asaba palace, Dla road. Asaba, Delta state. Nobody knows for sure what happened to him but people are insinuating that he was shot in the head by armed men who may have been trying to rob him and he was struggling with them. His body is still at the scene and people in the area want it removed and the case investigated. The Fulani herdsmen deny kidnapping Chief Olu Falae

The Association of Fulani Chiefs and the Chariman of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, Ondo State chapter, Bello Garba, said during a press conference in Lagos that Chief Olu Falae, was not kidnapped by members of Fulani herdsmen.

MACBAN, says the call by the Afenifere, to expel Fulani herdsmen from the South-West was unnecessary.Garba said that even though Fulani herdsmen are known for encroaching on people's farms, no Fulani herdsman would abandon his cattle and go about abducting anybody.
