Okada man shot dead in Asaba (Photo)
The
lifeless body of an Okadaman was found early this morning in a street
of Amb. Leo Okogwu road, behind the new Asagba of Asaba palace, Dla
road. Asaba, Delta state. Nobody knows for sure what happened to him but
people are insinuating that he was shot in the head by armed men who
may have been trying to rob him and he was struggling with them. His
body is still at the scene and people in the area want it removed and

The Fulani herdsmen deny kidnapping Chief Olu Falae
The Association of Fulani Chiefs and
the Chariman of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of
Nigeria, Ondo State chapter, Bello Garba, said during a press conference
in Lagos that Chief Olu Falae, was not kidnapped by members of Fulani
herdsmen.
MACBAN, says the call by the Afenifere, to expel Fulani herdsmen from the South-West was unnecessary.Garba
said that even though Fulani herdsmen are known for encroaching on
people's farms, no Fulani herdsman would abandon his cattle and go about
abducting anybody.
He said:

Gospel artiste Yinka Ayefele escapes being lynched by touts for refusing to settle for playing in their town
Physically challenged gospel artiste, Yinka Ayefele escaped being
lynched over the weekend at Ijare area of Ondo state by some touts who
were angry at him for refusing to "settle them" after he got N3 million
for playing in their town. On hearing that he had been smuggled out of
the venue of the burial where he was playing, the touts descended on his
workers, beating them mercilessly and destroying their equipment. 15
people were said to have sustained injuries
