Ritualists Murder 8-Month-Old Pregnant Woman In Kwara, Remove Foetus

A pregnant woman has been reportedly murdered and dismembered by suspected ritualists at Gboroko village via Alapa in Asa Local Government Area of Kwara State.

The Tribune Online gathered that the incident happened on Saturday around 4:30pm when the victim, identified as Roheemat Akata, with a 12-year-old daughter of her neighbour, were brutally murdered.

It was also gathered that the deceased, a popular patent medicine seller in the area, was reportedly going for business transaction in the neighbouring village when the incident occurred.

It was learnt that the woman was ambushed and later murdered, as it was also said that the corpse of Roheemat was dismembered and her eight months foetus was removed.

A reliable source, who declined mentioning her name, said a 12-year-old daughter of her neighbour who accompanied her to the village was also slaughtered along with the woman on the same spot.

The source said that the case had been reported at Alapa Divisional Police Headquarters for further investigation, adding that remains of the deceased had been deposited at an undisclosed mortuary in Ilorin.

During a visit to Akata’s compound at Isale-Banni Alore area Ilorin, the family compound of the deceased, scores of sympathisers were seen in groups discussing about the incident while parents of the deceased were seen in mourning mood.

The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) for the Kwara state command, Ajayi Okasanmi, confirmed the incident, saying that no arrest had been made.

Fayose’s Aide Blasts Fayemi, Ex-Finance Commissioner

The Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media to Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti State, Mr. Lere Olayinka, has blasted the immediate past Commissioner for Finance in the state, Dapo Kolawole, for saying the state government could afford to pay workers three months’ salary out of five months salary arrears and several months pension.

Mr. Kolawole, who was finance commissioner in the state between 2010 and 2014, was reacting to the indefinite strike embarked upon by the State chapter of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Trade Union Congress, TUC, and Joint Negotiating Council, JNC.

The former commissioner, who spoke with reporters in Abuja on Tuesday, cited “gross incompetence” and “lack of capacity” on the part of Governor Fayose for the lingering economic crisis in the state.

In his response to Kolawole on Thursday, Olayinka said the comment was a “feeble attempt to cover up the mismanagement of the State finances under the All Progressives Congress (APC) government of Dr Kayode Fayemi”.

“It is only in the world of miracle that a State that was plunged into debt and is losing over N1 billion to loan deductions monthly can sustain regular payment of salaries”, the governor’s media aide said.
According to Mr. Olayinka, the APC government of Mr. Fayemi received N46.4 billion from the Excess Crude Account, yet took a N25 billion bond and N31 billion commercial bank loan.

“In saner climes, the likes of Dapo Kolawole will be covering their faces in shame, having presided over the unprecedented looting of Ekiti State treasury and plunging of the State into unwarranted debt”, he said.

“The reality is if Ekiti was not plunged into debt by the Fayemi’s government, the State would have received N1, 920,027,383.96 for the month of April, 2016; N1, 860,919,359.32 in May, 2016; N2, 151,966,892.79 in March, 2016; N2, 324,677,903.78 in February, 2016; N2, 546,181,882.96 in January, 2016 and N2, 258,837,558.38 in December, 2015!

“Therefore, a man like Dapo Kolawole, who as Finance Commissioner ran the State economy aground should just cover his face in shame instead of running from one media house to another to justify the use of borrowed funds to plant flowers, construct uncompleted State Pavilion, Civic Centre, Governor’s Lodge among others irrelevant projects”, Mr. Olayinka said.

He further stated that under the former finance commissioner’s watch, the sum of N852, 936,713.92 was illegally withdrawn from the State Universal Education Board (SUBEB) account, making the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) to suspend Ekiti State from accessing any further FGN-UBE Intervention Fund.

“Above are just two aspects of the financial mismanagement superintended over by Dapo Kolawole and common sense demands that characters like him should just keep mum while the Government of Ayodele Fayose goes about finding solutions to the financial crises caused by the frivolous loans obtained by the Fayemi-led APC government”, he said.

Four Hot $ex Positions that Will Boost Her Love for You (Photos)

If you would like to show your woman a good time and pamper her, then these moves are your best bets. Get ready to lead her to the highest pleasure peak.
Is it your woman’s birthday, Valentines Day or do you simply want to take time out to pamper your woman s*xually? Choosing the right s*x moves will help you achieve this and totally drive her crazy, in a good way. These four s*x positions are perfect if you want to make this all about her pleasure.

(1) Gentle Missionary: Instead of just ramming in and out while on top of her, how about you take things slow. The v*gina is filled with so many nerve endings that every single move will send pleasurable tingles up her spine, so, no need to rush. ‘Jackhammering’ away at her during missionary only helps you as men prefer rougher moves, but if you really want to make this about her, then go gently. Let her feel you from the tip down to the base and slowly push her over the edge.
(2) Lying-down Doggy

Let her feel you from the tip down to the base and slowly push her over the edge.
(2) Lying-down Doggy
There are some perks to doggy style s*x but you can amplify them by making her lie down as you enter her as opposed to having her on her knees. She can lie on her stomach while you put a pillow or cloth underneath her pelvis for easier access. Suggest she keeps her legs closed so she can feel the friction completely. Orgasmic.

(3) Sit and Ride

You sit on the bed with your legs spread in front of you and she lowers herself on you, facing you. It is a variation of the Cowgirl s*x position except that you are sitting up. She does less of the work as you are in a prime position to grab her and move against her. It is also an intimate move as literally get to stay in an embrace. You can hold her, look in her eyes and whisper loving words that will caress her heart.

(4) Head Game Go down on her, simple!  or*l s*x can be the most selfless s*x act. This is your opportunity to make $ex completely about just her pleasure. All she needs to do is lie down, relax and enjoy. No hotter example of total pampering.

TASUED Students Embarks On A Protest

Students of Tai Solarin College of Education, TASCE, Omu Ijebu, on Wednesday gave Governor Ibikunle Amosun 48 hours ultimatum to attend to the problems facing the school or face total paralysis of activities at the State Secretariat, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.

The protesting students issued the ultimatum to the governor while addressing journalists at the NUJ Secretariat, Iwe Iroyin, Oke Ilewo, Abeokuta.

The protest was led by both the State Chairman of the Joint Campus Committee, JCC/NANS, Ogun State chapter, Comrade Dotun Opaleye, a.k.a. Zamora and the Students Union Government President of the school,Comrade Ibrahim Dairo, a.k.a. IB Pencil.

The students carried placards with various inscriptions. Some of them read: “Don’t let our parents Labour in vain”, “Amosun save TASCE from extinction”, “Pls, students are suffering in TASCE”, “Mr governor, come to our aid in TASCE”, among others.

Addressing newsmen, Zamora appealed to Governor Amosun to urgently attend to the requests of the TASCE students.

Zamora faulted government claim that it has not pay the outstanding salary of staff of TASCE due to overpopulation of staff and non teaching staff.

Governor Amosun had during the Democracy Day celebration in Abeokuta disclosed that the number of both staff and non teaching staff in TASCE was about 3,000 to 600 students.

Amosun called for investigation into the unwieldy staff list before he could address their unpaid salary.

But Zamora disputed the governor’s claim and accused him of being economical with the truth.

Zamora revealed that from their findings, the staff strength, both the teaching and non teaching staff, is around 385, contrary to the picture painted by the governor.

”What did the government want us to become in the nearest future. We, the students of Tai Solarin College of Education, have had a deep thought about these issues.

”Several letters have been written to the State Commissioner of Education, but nothing came out of it.

“The last straw that broke the camel’s back was on May 29, 2016 (Democracy Day), when His Excellency said the number of Staff (teaching and non teaching) are more than the student population; 3,000 workers to 600 students.

“The information about the school population has been corrected in the social media. The staff strength is about 385, less than 400 (both teaching and non teaching staff)”, he said.

In his own statement, the College SUG President, Ibrahim Dairo, called on the state government to restore qualitative education in the college, among others.

He also appealed for the prompt payment of the lecturers’ 13 months unpaid salary.

“Education is our right and not a privilege but the reverse is the case in Tai Solarin College of Education because we are not enjoying the dividends of education.

“We appeal to the state government to come to our aid as the matter is getting out of hand. We await quick solutions to our plight”, Dairo said.

Aregbesola Threatens To Expel Students Wearing Choir Robes and sutana To Schools

The Gov. Rauf Aregbesola of Osun on Tuesday said students who wore unauthorised cloths to any public schools in the State would be expelled henceforth.

Aregbesola stated this at the commissioning of St Micheal’s Government Middle School, Ibokun while reacting to different choir robes and garments wore to Baptist High School in Iwo by some Christian students.

He said it was wrong and criminal for a section or group of people to have directed some innocent students to wear choir robes to schools against court’s judgment.
He urged whoever was not satisfied with the judgment to ventilate the grievance through legitimate means rather than trying to cause crises by resorting to self help.
According to him,“Government is not interested in any religion as being speculated. My goal is to improve education standard in the state.’’

Deputy Governor Titilaoye Tomori, who doubles as the Commissioner for Education, said the inauguration of the school had confirmed their mission statement in education.
Tomori said no fewer than 20 elementary, 22 middle and 17 high schools had either been commissioned or were at final stages of commissioning.

State Chairman, Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Mr Felix Awofisayo urged people to pay tax so that government can do more.
Some students of Iwo Baptist High School wore church garments and robes to school on Tuesday in reaction to the court ruling allowing Muslim female students to wear veils (hijab) to schools.

No Light, No lectures: UNEC Students Damage Cars, Buildings During Protest

Students of the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, went on a rampage on Tuesday, damaging cars, buildings and other properties on campus due to poor power supply at the institution.

Lectures have been suspended in the university since June 6 after the Student Union Government declared that students would no longer attend classes until the school authorities resolve the power supply challenges.

The students, who locked up the lecture halls, held rallies to protest against the situation on Monday but the situation degenerated in the night, giving way to violence
.

It was learnt that there is hardly any power supply from the national grid in the hostels, while the generators provided by the school management currently supply power for just two hours each day.

When our correspondent visited the school on Tuesday, policemen were seen at strategic locations on the campus.

There was extensive damage to buildings in different parts of the campus – particularly the main hall and library.

Glass windows in the buildings were smashed, while some of the doors were forced open. The security office was also vandalised.

The female hostels and staff quarters were also affected with some some street lights and other infrastructure on campus also damaged by the rampaging students.

Our correspondent observed that the students, many of who wore masks, also vandalised some vehicles in the process.

The Public Relations Officer, UNEC, Mr. Gabriel Onah, informed our correspondent that about 12 vehicles belonging to the school were damaged.

No arrest has been recorded as of the time our correspondent visited the campus.

Officials of the SUG declined to comment on the incident, but some students, who did not wish to be named, explained that the management of the school refused to listen to their complaints.
